Hi, again! My name is Joy! I am a creative media production entrepreneur fueled by the thrill of bringing vision to life through technology.
My passion for media production sparked in 2005 as a volunteer on my church media team. It wasn’t long before I discovered how much I loved every aspect of media production, from video editing to coordination to graphic design and beyond. That passion led to the creation of Lipinski Production, LLC (2014) and later evolving into Joyful Media, LLC (2024).
In 2018, I graduated from Chatham University with a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Digital Technology. Prior to that I earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.
What sets me apart is not just my proficiency in media production, but also my background in project management and the administrative field. This knowledge allows me to understand not only the technical and visual aspects of media production, but also the business purpose and message behind each production.
I currently live in the Pittsburgh, PA area with my husband, Steve, and our dog, Willow, and two cats, Curry and Zelda. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, video editing for church, or exploring new cities and possibly (no, probably) visiting another zoo.
