Hi, again! My name is Joy. I am a creative media production entrepreneur fueled by the thrill of bringing a vision to life through technology. My passion sparked in 2005 as a volunteer on my church media team, discovering a love for every aspect of production—from video editing and graphic design to technical coordination. That dedication led to the founding of Lipinski Productions, LLC in 2014, which has beautifully evolved into Joyful Media, LLC today.
With a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Digital Technology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, I intentionally blend advanced creative artistry with structured execution.
What truly sets my work apart is this unique background in project management and operations. This expertise allows me to master not only the technical and visual aspects of media production, but also the timeline, budget, and business purpose behind every single project.
I currently live in the Pittsburgh, PA area with my husband, Steve, and our wonderful pack: our dog, Willow, and two cats, Curry and Zelda. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me spending time with family, volunteering my video editing skills for church, or exploring new cities and local zoos.
